How to Track Flights on Google & Use the Explore Feature

How to track flights on Google and use the Explore feature

Easily track flights on Google and utilize the explore feature to plan your next trip. This is perfect for planning your trip ahead of time because you can track flights up to 6 months out. It’s even more helpful if you have a flexible travel window.

Step 1: Visit Google.com/Flights
Click on the EXPLORE feature ๐ŸŒ, this works best on a computer and not on your phone.

Step 2: Enter your Home Airport and the region you want to visit it can be a specific Country, Area or State ๐Ÿ—บ(if you are flexible with your destination go with a larger region). You can also move the map around, zoom in and out once you select you area.

Step 3: Select how long you want your trip to be a weekend, 1 week or 2 weeks ๐Ÿ›Œ. You can also select the month you want to travel or choose any dates within the next 6 months. Note you can’t see flights beyond 6 months with this feature but you can on the regular search feature.

โœจPro Tip: factor in holidays so you can enjoy a longer stay without having to request days offโœจ

Step 4: Compare dates and prices for the best trip for YOU! You will see an icon that has an airplane and next to it will be the average price of flights and another icon of a bed with an average price of accommodations.

Step 5: The last step is to scroll to the bottom and check the toggles to track the specific flights that work for you. You can also choose to track any dates if you are open to a larger window!

Good luck! Share this with someone who doesn’t know how to track flights on google!
